Registration notes: This tartan was created for Thimble Farm, a small sheep farm in Connecticut, United States, where Andrew & Caroline Oliver worked and raised their family. The ground colour of the design is intended to reflect the natural colour of the sheep on Thimble Farm that provided the wool to weave this tartan. The four red stripes are intended to represent the Oliver’s four children and the green is for their marriage.
