Restrictions: Yes. Intended for use primarily by anyone with the surname 'Doona' or known variations of that surname. This design was first commissioned for manufacture on behalf of Kieran Doona by MacGregor and MacDuff Kiltmakers.
Prepared for weaving by The House of Edgar, a division of Macnaughton Holdings Ltd.

Registration notes: This tartan was designed for the Doona family to celebrate the births of Kieran and Carol's sons, Leo and Harvey. The inspiration for the tartan design was derived from the Co. Cork and Co. Kerry tartans where Kieran's parents are from in Ireland, with inspiration also taken from the Dalriada Tartan (former Gaelic kingdom connecting Ireland and Scotland), O'Sullivan Tartan (Kieran's sisters in-laws) and Duncan Clan Tartan (Carols Parents and Kieran's in-laws).
