Registration notes:	This tartan was created to represent the Athwal family and their journey from Punjab to Scotland. The colours pay homage to the agricultural heartland of India, the Punjab. Colours: the greens are intended to represent lush crop fields of Punjab as well as the beautiful landscapes of Scotland; yellow (gold) represents the beautiful sunsets and also serves as tribute to the Athwal family's Sikh heritage.
