Items produced in the tartan are limited to use within the clubhouse, for purchase by its members, or in select cases, by those authorised by the Club. Prepared for weaving by House of Edgar, a division of Macnaughton Holdings Ltd.
Registration notes:	The University Club of Chicago was founded in 1887 for the purpose of fostering an appreciation of literature and the arts. This tartan was designed to be unique to the club and to embody the historic elements of the organisation. The design incorporates the club’s colours with accenting colours representing many of the academic institutions that have played an important part of the Club's history.
