Registration notes: Designed by Rob Neilson as a gift to his father James Andrew Neilson and to his sons: Dylan Robert Neilson and Liam Michael Neilson. The colours symbolize a narrative of the Neilson familial history: blue represents their homeland of Scotland; light blue represents the ocean; white is for Agnes Finlayson Neilson (1830-1907) and all our cotton handloom weavers; black honours all the Neilson boys and men who toiled in Scottish coal mines.
