This tartan may only be woven with the express written permission of the designer, Rablogan of Scotland or their descendants.
Registration notes: The Rablogan Monarch in the Gleann tartan was designed for the company as part of its fashion range to portray through colour and density, in a traditional Scottish cultural manner, the visual image and grandeur of the Highland Stag in the natural Highland landscape. The beige and browns are intended to represent the stag while the various shades of green reflect the landscape within which he roams. The reds intend to characterise the essence of the Highlands flowing in the veins of those appreciative of this imagery. The tartan is the central element to a range of products by the same name.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
