Registration notes: Designed in memory of Alfred Mylne and his uncle, also Alfred. They both designed beautiful wooden yachts which still sail worldwide and the colours were chosen to represent the sea, timber, tan and white sails. A touch of green has been added as a hull colour they both admired.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
