Registration notes: A corporate tartan for Alain Bossé, the Kilted Chef. The colours have personal significance: green represents the forests of New Brunswick where Alain worked with his father and the fields of Atlantic Canada; red represents the lobster about which Alain has delivered talks and cooking classes in culinary schools around the world; white represents a chef’s tunic; yellow represents the star on the Acadian Flag due to the importance of the culture to Alain and black represents the shellfish mussel, the subject of Alain’s first cookbook.
