Registration notes: The St Margaret's School for Girls, Aberdeen tartan is based on the Aberdeen district sett. Elements of the Drummond tartan have been included within the design to acknowledge Queen Margaret, the school’s namesake, and her marriage into the Scottish Drummond Clan. Colours: blue, red and green represent the three houses of the school; Kildrummy, Crathes and Dunnottar; light blue and golden yellow reflect the school’s crest and brand colours.
