Registration notes: Designed to honour those who served in the Marine Corps, Army, National Guard, Navy, and or Coast Guard and were awarded the Good Conduct Medal by the US Military. Colours (relating to the colour of the medal ribbon): black represents self sacrifice and danger; the red and blue represent Marine Corps; solid red represents the Navy; red and white represents the Coast Guard; red and six white stripes represents the Army/Army National Guard.
