Registration notes: This tartan has been created for the Noble Order of Valour, a civic order whose goal is to re-establish the ideals of Chivalry, Honour, and Service. Several of the current members have close connections with Scotland and members agreed to create a tartan for the Order reflecting the colours used in the coat-of-arms. The tartan will be made up into kilts to be worn for the Order's more formal occasions.
